The person who runs the house discloses the real story behind the home, saying that 100 years ago the house was built by an Englishman constructed the home and his family would revere wicked lords. They slaughtered animals for strength and power, and they also killed an elderly woman who lived in the village nearby. The ghost of the woman who was killed has been roaming throughout the home. KD Pathak investigates photographs of the property and also questions the previous owner of the property, Joseph Christo. Joseph claims that the spirit told him to make the murderer to kill his wife and reveals the story behind in which the woman was involved in the tale of killing. Roshan is accused of taking part to the room that is secret. Roshan recounts his bizarre experiences when he was killed. Aditi her wife, who is selling the home. Agent searches the house during the night, looking for the documents. The agent is killed by the ghost. Neha who is the little girl of Aditi has shared her second sketch of the ghost alongside KD Pathak. KD Pathak along with his assistant, along with Bruno go to the house. They find the remains that of their agent. Client of Aditi is unable to buy the property after learning of agent’s demise in the tribunal. KD Pathak’s assistant tracks his client Mr. Sethi and he is found, but he isn’t the builder, but a pav vendor and is able to reveal that the agent induced him to play the role of a builder to ensure that the agent could run an intelligent business, buying and selling the property.
