Shyama decides to stop her singing since it might hurt Nikhil. Shyama also makes the decision to quit Nikhil and move into her village for the safety of him. Nikhil is also told by Basanta If Shyama’s future is damaged due to his actions, then it’s best Shyama is able to leave Shyama. In the end, Nikhil is heartbroken thinking that he’ll have to remain with Shyama.
