Small screen's top producer Ekta Kapoor is currently preparing to debut a new supernatural drama known as Qayamat Ki Raat which is set to air live through Star Plus. Ekta Kapoor has established an impact within the genre of the supernatural through the Naagin series , as in Kavach which is why Qayamat Ki Raat is anticipated to be a second highly-anticipated production from the creator. The well-known actors Vivek Dahiya Karishma Tanna, and Dipika Kakar are set to appear as lead characters. In the past it was reported that singer Asmita Sood was rumored to be in the lead role, but Karishma was chosen to fill her spot. However it was reported that actor Madhurima Tuli was close to being finalized for the show , but was changed in the role by Dipika Kakar. It will be Dipika Kakar's debut show following her the couple's marriage. Qayamat Ki Raat will be a series that will last for a limited time that airs twice a week , on Sundays and Saturdays.
