She is the character of a rustic teenager who is from Benaras on the show, that ends up becoming member of a wealthy family. She meets her true mother who left her. The plot is an inspiration from Yash Chopra's movie Kabhie Kabhie which starred Amitabh Bachchan, Waheeda Rehman and Neetu Singh. With her long dreadlocks, eye kohls, Mahima appears fierce. Mahima has appeared in of a variety of show. The show also features an ensemble of senior actors like Narayani Shastri , Sangeeta Ghosh , Anju Mahendroo and Lubna Salim. Narayani Shastri The actress plays the role as a strict mom called Satrupa that oversees the family of an industrialist. She appears in stylish cotton sarees. Sangeeta Ghosh portrays the primary antagonist in the show Sudha. The show's newcomer Ankit Siwach plays the guy who is portrayed by Mahima Makwana .
